Our topic this month is the all important, vitamin B12
Known as the energy vitamin and required for blood oxygenation, DNA synthesis and nerve protection. It improves energy as well as the detoxification of the body. The older you get the more likely you are to have a vitamin B12 deficiency due to the fact that it is difficult to absorb.
Symptoms of B12 Deficiency
